Pennington Partner Presents Trust and Estate Update

Cathi Wilkinson and FSU Law School professor Adam Hirsch recently presented the 2005 Trust and Estate Law Update to the Tallahassee Regional Estate Planning Council.
The Council is an association of estate planning professionals, including attorneys, accountants, CLUs and trust officers.
Ms. Wilkinson practices in the areas of business, insurance, banking law, estate planning and administration.
Ms. Wilkinson has received an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and has been selected as a "Leading Florida Attorney" by Leading Attorney Network, Inc.
Her practice has included representation of clients before the Florida Department of Financial Services, the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, the Office of the Controller of the Currency, and the Federal Reserve, as well as representation of individuals and business institutions in a variety of commercial transactions, including business acquisitions, combinations, reorganizations and financing, and estate planning and settlement.
