Pennington Attorney Publishes Bar Articles

Attorney, Sidney W. Kilgore recently published an article in the June/July 2006 issue of the Res Ispa Loquitur, the newsletter of the Clearwater Bar Association, entitled, "Has the Patent Troll Met his Billy Goat Gruff?" It dealt with a recent decision of the United States Supreme Court, eBay, Inc. v. Mercexchange, LLC., regarding the requirements for temporary injunctive relief in patent infringement cases.
Mr. Kilgore also authored an article on the use of advertising linked to trademarks when used as search engine keywords, such as Google's AdWords service. This article, entitled "Toodles or Roodles Noodles?" was published in the June 2006 issue of The Lawyer, the monthly magazine of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
