Pennington Attorneys Chosen as "Super Lawyers"

Pennington attorneys, Mark Delegal, Carl Pennington and Jay Zschau, were recently awarded the status of "Super Lawyers " by Law & Politics magazine.

A special supplement to Law & Politics was issued in June 2006 which lists the year's selections for Super Lawyer. Selections are originally researched by reviewing databases, online sources, national and local periodicals, and trade journals, as well as contacting law firms for qualified candidates. Nominated attorneys are then narrowed down to those chosen as "Super Lawyers " by surveying 44,000 attorneys whose criteria is to choose the best lawyer they've personally observed in action. In the final selection only 5% of Florida attorneys are selected as Florida Super Lawyers.
