Castor wins Democratic nomination for 11th congressional district

Kathy Castor, who was elected in 2002 to represent District 1, which covers much of Florida's 11th Congressional district, has won the Democratic nomination for Florida's 11th congressional district in the November 2006 election. Castor is the step daughter of Pennington shareholder Sam Bell and step brother of Pennington shareholder Doug Bell.
