Donald D. Conn joins Pennington Firm

Pennington law firm is pleased to announce that Donald D. Conn has joined the firm. Mr. Conn is practicing administrative law; land use, environmental and local government law; and real property and condominium law out of the firm's Tampa Florida office.

Mr. Conn received a Juris Doctorate with Honors and Master of Science in Public Administration from The Florida State University. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Conn served for twelve years as General Counsel of Tampa Bay Water, a regional water supply authority that supplies wholesale water to the cities of Tampa, St. Petersburg and New Port Richey and the counties of Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco.

His diverse legal experience in the private and public sectors includes serving as an Administrative Law Judge, General Counsel to the Department of Business Regulation, State Courts Administrator for the Florida Supreme Court, Assistant Attorney General, staff counsel for legislative committees, teacher of water law at Stetson University College of Law and Adjunct Professor of judicial administration at the University of Florida . In addition to these many accomplishments, Mr. Conn has been a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars.
