William H. Hollimon joins Pennington Firm

Pennington law firm is pleased to announce that William H. Hollimon has joined the firm. Mr. Hollimon is practicing Intellectual Property law, Administrative & Public Utilities Law and Civil Litigation out of the firm's Tallahassee Florida office.

Mr. Hollimon received a Juris Doctorate with Honors from The Florida State University. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, where he received his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Hollimon also holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Florida State University.

Mr. Hollimon has extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property, power plant siting, electricity sales contracts, and fiber optic class action litigation. Mr. Hollimon is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hollimon practiced as an engineer in the electric utility industry.

Mr. Hollimon has also served as an adjunct professor at The Florida State University College of Law teaching copyright and trade secret law.
