Pennington Partner Speaks and Publishes on Patent Law

Pennington Partner, Sid Kilgore, recently made a presentation on Patent Prosecution and Litigation to the Intellectual Property Law Society at Stetson University College of Law. His article Patent Prosecution for Non-Patent Attorneys, has been published in the February/March 2007 edition of the Res Ipsa Loquitur, the newsletter of the Clearwater Bar Association.
Another Kilgore publication is an article entitled When should you seek a patent opinion and why?, which was in the March 2007 issue of The Lawyer, the monthly magazine of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
Kilgore also co-authored the 2006 patent case law summaries which shortly will be published in the Journal of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar.
