Pennington Partner Receives AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory

Susan Spurgeon has been awarded an AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.
Ms. Spurgeon's practice concentrates on eminent domain, complex title and boundary litigation, administrative and real property litigation, environmental and land use law, and agricultural law.
Ms. Spurgeon is admitted to practice in Illinois and Florida including the Federal Courts in those states as well as before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
