Pennington Partner Sid Kilgore Published In RES IPSA LOQUITUR

Pennington Partner, Sidney W. Kilgore, recently authored an article entitled, When Should A Florida Trustee Seek The Advice Of Special Intellectual Property Counsel? The article has been published in the October/November 2007 edition of the Res Ipsa Loquitur, the bi-monthly legal news magazine of the Clearwater Bar Association. The article outlines certain unique tasks that must be taken to fulfill a trustee's statutory duty to take control of and protect the intellectual property assets of a trust, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and licensed rights in any of these assets.
