Pennington, Moore, Wilkinson, Bell & Dunbar announces six new shareholders
Tallahassee Tallahassee-based law firm, Pennington, Moore, Wilkinson, Bell & Dunbar announced that attorney John C. Pelham is the firm's new president.
Mr. Pelham's practice focuses on the general representation of local and special purpose governments as well as corporations, associations and individual clients before government agencies.
