TALLAHASSEE  Four Pennington shareholders are among the 2008 Best Lawyers in America.


Pennington, Moore, Wilkinson, & Dunbar shareholders, Douglas S. Bell, Samuel P. Bell III, Mark K. Delegal, and Carl R. Pennington, Jr. have been selected by their peers to be included in the 2008 edition of The Best Lawyers in America 2008 (Copyright 2007 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.).

Since its inception in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence.


The distinction is widely regarded by the legal community because Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which more than 25,000 leading attorneys cast almost two million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their specialties. The list is compiled based solely on the input from those in the legal profession. Corporate Counsel magazine has called Best Lawyers the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.


Shareholders Douglas S. Bell, and Samuel P. Bell III have been recognized within the legal specialty of government relations law. Shareholder Mark K. Delegal is being recognized in the area of insurance law. Carl R. Pennington, Jr., who has been a Best Lawyer for over ten years, has been selected in the specialty of commercial litigation.
