Pennington Shareholder Participates in Economic Development Seminar

Mr. Sidney W. Kilgore of the Pennington Law Firm is asked to be a featured panelist at the Export University 101 Seminar
At the request of the Director of the Tampa Bay Export Assistance Center of the United States Department of Commerce, Pennington shareholder Sidney W. Kilgore recently participated as a featured panelist at the Export University 101 Seminar sponsored by the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County, the Manatee Economic Development Council, and the Florida District Export Council in Sarasota, Florida.
A registered U.S. patent attorney and for nearly 20 years the Florida West Coast Regional Coordinator for the Export Legal Assistance Network, a joint project of the Federal Bar Association, the United States Department of Commerce, and the International Trade Program of the United States Small Business Administration, Mr. Kilgore addressed the topic of "Key Legal Issues of Trade" and intellectual property considerations in export transactions. The program was attended by more than 80 companies in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
