Pennington shareholder receives mediation certification from the

Pennington, Moore, Wilkinson, Bell & Dunbar shareholder Bill H. Hollimon has been certified as a circuit civil mediator by the Florida Supreme Court



TALLAHASSEE- The Florida Supreme Court certified Pennington shareholder Bill Hollimon as a circuit civil mediator. With this certification, Mr. Hollimon is qualified to mediate disputes in all Florida courts.


Currently, Mr. Hollimon's practices focuses on patents, trademarks, copyrights and includes civil and administrative litigation in areas of environmental, energy, construction, and professional licensure. He has litigation experience in the areas of intellectual property, power plant sitting, electricity sales contracts, and fiber optic class action litigation.


As a certified mediator, I plan to bring the expertise I have developed in my intellectual property practice to mediations involving intellectual property disputes Hollimon said.

Mr. Hollimon is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
